It is the perfect example for any business-
You need to build a team around you to succeed and you need to always be ready for anything and to prepare so that when a situation arises - you are ready.
If you notice another successful building block with the Patriots is there are no individual egos - it is simply not allowed. To be a true team member you need to respect those around and know that you are only as strong as your weakest link- so you need to help lift others up.
It is not just luck or circumstances that have made the Patriots winners over their 17 year run it is very hard preparation and studying - and knowing your role.
