From The Greatest..Muhammad Ali -

Friendship... is not something you learn in school. But if you haven't learned the meaning of friendship, you really haven't learned anything.

He who is not courageous enough to take risks will accomplish nothing in life.

I done wrestled with an alligator, I done tussled with a whale; handcuffed lightning, thrown thunder in jail; only last week, I murdered a rock, injured a stone, hospitalised a brick; I'm so mean I make medicine sick.

Service to others is the rent you pay for your room here on earth.

If you even dream of beating me you'd better wake up and apologize.

I just got done reading an article written about his wife/care giver now, about him and the disease that has him in it's hold. Here's a quote from that article that looks like he wrote it himself....He's still the greatest."This is the beauty of Muhammad. He has made this illness, as horrible as it is, as much as it has taken away from him, serve him in some way," Lonnie says. "If there was ever anyone who always lands on his feet, and comes out smelling like a rose, it is Muhammad. It is his remarkable attitude toward life. He never has let anything stand in his way."
