A leader is someone who you WANT to follow, someone that you respect and look up to.
A leader directs and coaches and makes YOU a better person.
A leader does not need to yell or threaten, he evaluates the situation and takes action.
A leader steps aside and does not need the spotlight, instead they shine the light on others to fester teamwork and growth.
A true leader is hard to find but without them we have no compass.
