Real Leaders

Weak leaders measure success by money, position and power.
Strong leaders measure success by the difference they made in other people's lives.
The secret to the success of my own career was to hire good people, trust them to do their jobs, and bring out the best in them, not the stress in them.
Good people need little to no management. They need support, clarity and encouragement.
But most of all they need leaders who care.
If you don't care about people, you don't deserve to be leaders.
