Helping each other and watching out for your brother and sister is ultimately what we are here for.
Some of us get that and some take longer in life to realize it and others just will never understand it.
At first we are battling to just get ours, to find our spot and create our own security.
But sooner or later you come to the conclusion that you can not succeed alone.
You may think so but you can not sustain success unless you fully understand that you need others and that you need those around you to succeed also.
The biggest Cancer that I see in our industry and in most businesses is everybody is worrying about the other guy but not the good kind of worry the kind that is wondering why they are getting things that they are not. Or worrying that their success will hamper their own therefore they spend most of their time worrying rather then being productive.
Why did he get promoted or why did they get offered a job, do not worry about what you do not get but spend time on what you do get and what you do get offered.
Worry about the other guy...but for the right reasons !
We are all in this together. We come into this world alone and we will leave it alone. Let's enjoy our time together in between. Trust me...that is where you will ultimately succeed.
