My wife and I went to one of our favorite venues Saturday night- Theatre by the Sea and usually the plays are outstanding but Saturday night the play was terrible, disjointed, long and the story was all over the place- but the main actors were all really good, you could tell they were giving you their best performance but the script was terrible so they could only work with what was given them.
The same for businesses and employees- they need a script, and philosophy to succeed.
That is why the Patriots dominate every year- the players are given a playbook and training to that playbook that helps each individual succeed.
If your workers/employees are not performing to your expectations what playbook did you give them ? What training? Before you look at them- look at you and give them the tools to do a better job.
