It is so easy to just feel overloaded ....
Especially today where we have it coming at us from all angles and there is a non stop flow of information.
How can we best deal with it?
I try to adjust my mind each morning and try to weed out the noise and focus on one thing at a time.
Prioritize and organize
It is so easy to get down about the bigger picture, especially when you check your email or turn on the news and hear nothing but bad or people yelling their point to the other side.
I often wonder if the lack of the Internet and 100 channels on the television was a good thing years ago. At least it wasn't in our face 24-7
Then again we have a choice....turn away...shut it off.
Easier said than done I know but in order for us to truly focus on what we want we need to take control.
What is it that you want to accomplish today?
See it
Focus on it and write down what you need to accomplish it.
Block out the negative people that will bring you down.
One day at a time.
Try not to get overloaded.
