Our new Headquarters

Welcome to the New Arpin Group HQ

The big day is finally here! After a year of construction, and thanks to the enduring patience of our employees, we are able to unveil and dedicate the brand-new Arpin Group headquarters in an official ribbon cutting ceremony on April 4, 2012.
 

Our headquarters has gone through many upgrades and improvements designed to make it more environmentally friendly, efficient and a better place for you to work.
The project took a total of 12 months and added 2,834 square feet to the building, including a new media room, an expanded lobby, and a new corridor connecting the office building and warehouse on two levels.

With so many changes it may have been difficult to keep up with them all, so here is a quick look at the most significant improvements during this project.
The renovations include:

• New insulated solar reflective windows to prevent heat gain while letting in more natural daylight. Skylights are also fitted with this special glass.
• Replaced all rooftop mechanical units with new energy-efficient package units with full economizer function.
• Installed radiant heating in new connector to minimize drafts between connected buildings, which saves energy.
• Installed occupancy sensors to control lighting.
• Utilized green materials in all new flooring.
• All new furniture workstations are made of recycled content.
• Replaced all roofing on office building and warehouse. New roofing is a highly reflective roof membrane that reduces heat gain.

Significant upgrades to the communication architecture included:

• IP convergence (voice, video and data)
• Increased Internet and site-to-site bandwidth
• Updated aging telephony system with Cisco Unified Communications Manager
• Upgraded data center storage and software
• Upgraded e-mail system

We are very proud of our new headquarters and we thank everyone for their patience during the construction. It will serve us for many years to come!
