Creating a TEAM atmosphere is must in any organization.
At the end of the day if you want to be profitable and successful in business you need good people around you and people being productive.
For people to be productive they have to WANT to work and feel like you are part of a TEAM helps, by feeling like a team member you do not want to be the weak link and you sure do not want the people around you to have to pick up the pieces from something you should have done.
Creating a team atmosphere means treating each employee with respect and always backing them up.
To have a productive team you need good coaching, the team leader should always be training and assisting and supporting the team, people need to see you in action in the stress times as well as the good.
If you can create the kind of atmosphere where your help or crew or employees know that you have their back they will have yours and then some pretty cool things can be accomplished.
