Turn down the Noise...
Shut it down, not just the social media and the news but turn down the noise in your head.
We are our worse critics, we feed ourselves the guilt and the stress and the worry.
After all we hold the key , at least we should.
Feeling stressed ? Peel away the negative, being happy is like anything else - only YOU can take control- only YOU can ultimately steer your ship and habits are everything.
If you do the same thing and expect a different outcome then that will not work.
Break the chain - you can do it. You do not need to make major changes all at once, start small and easy- start with promising yourself that you will smile more today and try to laugh.
Start by eating better, if you are depressed or stressed most people will counter that by eating more or having more alcohol, they justify it because they are having a “ tough” day. - Fight the urge-.
When you eat unhealthy and try to drink away your troubles you simply keep the circle going- if you feel bad about yourself you feed the noise in your head and the guilt and the negative.
Turn down the noise.
Baby step back into the light- into the positive- it is all around you- you just need to look up and see it and to allow yourself the free ticket to do so- YOU hold the key.
