Listen to your leaders and listen as you yourself talk- do you always describe what your business is doing and what you may be involved in and say “me” and “I” a lot ?
Sounds like you are taking all the credit and more important you are not sounding inclusive or appreciative.
I do not about you but I am completely turned off with people that think they are all it and they are the best- if you know these people - beware. It normally tells you a lot about their character and what they really think.
If you want to build a TEAM then BE part of the team and start by expressing yourself better .
Use WE and US and believe in what you say .
