Follow up

Follow Up -
Two words that should be your mantra and your motto- follow up.
Follow up on what you promise, not once in a while and not just to your bosses but every time and to Everyone- no matter what the promise is.
Did you tell someone you will look into something and get back to them ? If so make it a priority to follow up.
Did you promise yourself that you would try to live a healthier life style? If so do it and if you stumble then keep trying but follow up.
Did you tell a fellow worker that you would help with a project? Then do not forget them.
You are ONLY as good as your word.
If you want a good reputation then you need to earn a good reputation and it begins and ends with you following up on your promises - it is ten times harder to rebuild a bad reputation then it is to maintain good one- remember people talk and they are always watching.
