How not to go insane when you are surrounded by insanity?

That is what we all face in today's business world. Our goal and focus needs to be able to stay true to yourself, to what you believe in. Easier said then done.
There will always be people around you that you disagree with and some that will actually try to pull you down.
Is it wrong? Absolutely !
 Is it a part of life that we need to understand that will always exist? Absolutely.
Therefore our challenge is to stay true to ourselves and to try to work within the noise.

I will never understand people that are negative or that spend most of the energy to try to destroy or pull people down but after many years in the working world I know that no matter what you do or where you work there will always be these people. You can spend your time fighting them and exhausting your own energy or you can try to stay focused on what you can do positively and move on.

You will still get sucked in from time to time because you feel so strongly against the "Lex Luther's" of the world but the best way to ultimately win is to not allow THEM to win.

Do not allow your workplace to define who you are. Stay true to yourself.
