This is so true, like my old boss would say watch your pennies and the dollars will take care of themselves.
Pay attention to the details, the little things. Things like the way you speak to the person ansering the phones at a agency or a business.
Do you brush them off or are you polite ?
You can see a smile on the phone- do you treat everybody the same way ?
It is the details that matter- habits you create.
Doing it the same way every time- the right way.
