When you meet someone, either for the first time or just pass them in the hallway or at a restaurant or work place LOOK UP..SMILE..AND ACKNOWLEDGE THEM.
Do not be one of those people that only give a big smile or greeting when they want something from you.
Look AT them not through them or around them.
Acknowledge them.
It will come back to you and your day will go smoother and before you know it you will feel happier and better about yourself.
