Don't sweat the small stuff... and remember most things are small.
Do you have air in your lungs? Is the sky blue? Are you healthy ? Then calm down...the rest of it is bull shit.
Do the best you can today and remember tomorrow is another day. Shit happens, no matter how prepared that you are so learn to deal with the curve balls.
When you look back sometimes you wonder why you were stressed and just how much of it did you bring on yourself?
There is always a answer, it may not be what you had planned or even what you may want to do but suck it up.
Get er done... and stop sweating the small stuff.
