Just take baby steps.
Stop freaking out about what may be and stay focused on what is.
You only have so much control of the future, we actually have very little control of what others do but we do have full control of today and what our mood is .
Stay positive.
Take steps to do a Better job today, learn from your past.
Take note of your what your body and facial expressions are saying, are you tense? Do you look angry ? Are you smiling.
Little things like being conscience of your body language is very important.
Take baby steps to a better day and stop focusing on things you have no control over.
