Most of my business career I always looked at things and figured out ways to improve. It is healthy to always learn the processes but then to try to improve and do that you need to have a take charge mentality. 

You should always be looking at ways to improve not only what you do but the process, in order to that you need to look at the whole picture. Think about the other guy and how they all fit in the puzzle.

For household good movers they have to learn to load their trailer so they can get the most tonnage on board and it all has to fit like a big life size puzzle so that they do not move in transit. It is truly a art and amazing to watch a true professional Mover at work, they need to access the whole situation and know what to do first and they need to not only know what they are going to do but they need to take command of all the laborers that they have helping. They walk the house and property with the owner of who is moving and then they get to work building their tiers in there trailer like a puzzle all safe and sound till they arrive at their destination.

That is what a good businessman has to do every day, access the situation,  take command and figure out how to do things better.
