No one will campaign better for you than you.
Always be aware when you are in the customers house to put on positive vibes. Smile and stay in control.
Same with your labor and crews, they need to know you care and that you watching and they are always watching you, along with the customer.
When you stay positive you are marketing the perception of you, therefore you are building your reputation.
When you visit agents or the home office be aware of hope you look and how you talk about others.
Again, things get around and when your words are repeated it will probably bot be exactly the way you meant it...stay positive.
Always think about how it will look for you.
You want to be perceived as positive and part of the team.
